It was with this in mind that we joined the OVHcloud Startup Program one months ago, which had already enabled us to begin our initial deployment with €10,000 in cloud support and scalable technical support (see our article).
Today, our adventure is taking on a new dimension: ARZE has been selected from among high-potential startups to join OVHcloud‘s very first blockchain & Web3 accelerator. The Fast Forward Accelerator, launched in partnership with major players in the decentralised ecosystem (Alchemy, Superteam, Dysnix, Degen House, Crypto Monday London etc.), is an intensive 10-week programme that aims to help Web3 startups reach a decisive milestone in their technological and commercial development. Thanks to this selection, we now benefit from a total of €60,000 in cloud credits, and potentially up to €100,000 at the end of the program. But above all, we have access to 360° strategic support, designed to transform our vision into a large-scale solution.
A demanding program tailored for Web3 start-ups ready to grow
The Fast Forward Accelerator stands out for its clear focus on Web3 startups that want to take action. This is not a generic program: it has been designed to address specific issues that we at ARZE are familiar with — product validation, infrastructure robustness, go-to-market, scalability, data sovereignty, etc.
Over the course of 10 weeks, we will receive support on both technical aspects, with the help of cloud engineers, blockchain experts, DevOps and architects, and strategic and commercial issues: how to position your product, build an acquisition funnel, structure a fundraising strategy or identify the right distribution channels in a sector that is still emerging.
Unlike other programs, the Fast Forward Accelerator does not take any equity stake. The commitment is clear: to help you succeed, without financial compensation or dilution. For a start-up like ours, this is a rare and valuable way to obtain quality support while retaining control of our roadmap and long-term vision.
A sovereign, high-performance infrastructure to build on solid foundations
In the world of Web3, the choice of infrastructure is not neutral. The promise of decentralization, resilience and transparency can only be fulfilled if it is based on robust, ethical and sovereign technological foundations. This is precisely what OVHcloud offers. For ARZE, this means that we can deploy our development, testing and production environments, as well as our blockchain nodes, on a reliable, flexible infrastructure that we control from end to end. Thanks to the additional credits obtained through the accelerator, we will be able to strengthen our capacity for experimentation while preparing for increased demand. Hosting our smart contracts, application backends, and decentralized modules on OVHcloud‘s public or private cloud allows us to combine scalability and security.
But beyond the technical aspects, this partnership reflects a choice of values. We want to build a responsible Web3, based on solutions that respect privacy, local regulations and communities. And that’s exactly what OVHcloud enables through this program.
Targeted mentoring to ensure the success of our go-to-market strategy
A good product is not enough. Success also depends on the ability to identify your market, understand your users and speak the language of your customers. The Fast Forward Accelerator understands this, which is why a large part of the program is devoted to structuring the go-to-market strategy. At ARZE, we see this as an exceptional opportunity to test our approach against outside perspectives, leverage cutting-edge expertise, and accelerate our strategic thinking.
Every week, we participate in individual mentoring sessions with specialists in marketing, investor pitches, product strategy, and monetization. These sessions are an opportunity to ask the right questions: is our business model clear? Is our target audience sufficiently precise? Does our promise really stand out in a Web3 universe that is often opaque to the general public?
At the same time, group workshops allow us to learn from other startups in the program, exchange views, identify new opportunities and draw inspiration from a variety of backgrounds. This exchange of ideas and experiences is a valuable asset in itself and helps us save precious time on our path to commercialisation.
Privileged access to ecosystem of excellence
Joining the OVHcloud accelerator also means becoming part of a dense and active network of technology partners, Web3 entrepreneurs, investors and institutional players. The program is structured to promote exchanges, synergies and opportunities for collaboration. We are already in contact with experts from Alchemy (Web3 infrastructure), Dysnix (blockchain DevOps) and Superteam (developer community) to discuss POCs, knowledge sharing and future integrations.

A strategic showcase to present ARZE to the world
The highlight of the program will take place in November 2025, during the final Showcase at the OVHcloud Summit in Paris. This event will bring together more than 10,000 participants: developers, decision-makers, tech journalists, investment funds, B2B customers, and more. In other words, it’s the ideal stage to present our vision, our solution, and our ambition.
This will be an opportunity for ARZE to pitch our project to a qualified audience, demonstrate the value of our solution, and initiate concrete discussions with industrial and commercial partners. At the same time, OVHcloud is helping us increase our visibility through publications on its channels (blog, social media, press releases), interviews, and case studies. This media visibility reinforces our credibility in a market where trust is a key issue.
A long-term dynamic, well beyond 10 weeks
What we like about OVHcloud‘s approach is that it is not a ‘one-shot’ deal. The program is designed as the start of a long-term collaboration. As a supported start-up, we are committed to keeping our infrastructure with OVHcloud for 12 months, which provides us with essential technological stability during this critical phase of our development.
But beyond infrastructure, this partnership is part of a broader strategic dynamic: building a solution that will stand the test of time. By strengthening our technical base, structuring our go-to-market strategy, and connecting ARZE to a fertile ecosystem, the Fast Forward program lays the foundations for healthy, resilient and ambitious growth.
